itel 620W Monocrystalline Solar Panel ISP-620W
itel 620W Monocrystalline Solar Panel ISP-620W built for installations that require substantial power generation from each module. Using advanced N-TOPCon half-cut cell technology, this panel delivers a rated output of 620 watts and a published module efficiency of 22.95%.
Its bifacial construction allows the panel to capture sunlight from both its front and rear surfaces. When installed above a reflective surface with adequate rear-side exposure, it can generate additional electricity beyond the front-side rating. Actual gains depend on the mounting height, ground reflectivity, panel spacing and surrounding conditions.
The ISP-620W-G1 uses 132 half-cut N-type cells and a dual-glass construction, combining a tempered front surface with a glass rear layer. An anodised aluminium frame and an IP68-rated junction box contribute to its outdoor durability. The module is also specified for a maximum system voltage of 1,500V DC, subject to applicable installation standards.
